Zakořeněná v moudrosti ájurvédy tato směs přináší rovnováhu dóše Vata—zklidňuje neklid, úzkost a duševní přetížení. Krásný bylinný nálev pro uzemnění energie, zklidnění a obnovení vnitřní harmonie.
The licorice root and ashwagandha really do calm that wired feeling after a long day. I’ve been brewing it every evening and the restlessness that usually keeps me up is noticeably quieter.
Third cup of the day and my mind finally stopped racing—the Vata-balancing blend really does take the edge off that anxious, overstimulated feeling. The herbs are earthy and grounding, not at all like those flowery tea blends that taste like perfume.
The steam alone is calming the second it hits my face, and the blend's effect on my racing thoughts is noticeable within ten minutes of sipping. I've been reaching for it every evening after work, and my mind finally quiets down enough to let me actually relax.
